Pasta Carbonara Oumph! Style

Ingredients:

280g Oumph! Smoky bits
Vegan butter for frying
Pasta for 2 people
1 clove of garlic
200ml vegan cream
1 tbsp vegetable stock powder (or half a stock cube)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
40g finely grated vegan cheese
Salt and black pepper
Baby spinach and diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, fry Oumph! until it is browned and crispy.
When almost done, add finely chopped garlic and quickly fry. Then add the cream and the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and allow to reduce. Stir in the pasta and the grated cheese.
Finish with the soy sauce, spinach and tomato. Awesome!
